THE STORY

December 2014 · Faridabad
The first Be Cre8v workshop was at DAV Public School, Sector 14, Faridabad. Seven hundred students, one session. No kits, no product — just live magic painting, robotics, science experiments, junk jugaad, and a belief that children learn best when their hands are moving.
2014–2015 · The workshop years
The workshops worked. Animation, design, filmmaking, photography, creative art, robotics, electronics, science, engineering — children responded to all of it. But the model had a ceiling. Schools that didn't value play-based education closed their doors. The rejections were frequent. So the team asked a different question: what if the classroom could travel?
August 2015 · First product
Be Cre8v's first DIY kits went live on Amazon and Flipkart. Packaging, pedagogy, sourcing, shipping, marketing — all done in-house with a small team. Every return, every review, every WhatsApp message from a teacher at 11pm was signal. The feedback loop was direct and unforgiving. That is what made the products better.
2015–2024 · A decade of building
Distribution scaled pan-India through retail, Amazon, and a direct store. The Robocoders Kit earned Amazon's Choice in its category — 4.4 stars, 200+ purchases a month, driven by word of mouth and repeat customers. Products shipped to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. The range grew to 50+ titles covering the full STEAM spectrum, all BIS certified, built with eco-friendly materials wherever possible — paper and engineered wood over plastic.
2025 · Be Creative Eduventures Pvt. Ltd.
A decade of classroom reality — and the research it generated — became the foundation for a parent company. Incorporated in 2025 to build what the kits alone could not: a full learning ecosystem. Hardware, software, curriculum, AI, and programmes under one roof.
2026 · Acquisition
Be Cre8v was acquired by Be Creative Eduventures — bringing its products, its brand, and ten years of school and retail relationships into the parent. Everything built since 2014 now sits inside a structure designed to take it further.

Who we are

We are educators first. Kajal Sharma, our Director, is a school teacher, practising artist, and creator — working across creative mediums. Sandeep brings 23+ years across media, animation, and corporate learning and development, including leading capability programmes across APAC. Priyank brings 18+ years in animation and VFX — including studio work at Rhythm & Hues on international productions — and leads delivery, operations, and on-ground execution. This is a company led by people who have stood in front of classrooms. That shapes everything we build.

KnowledgeDNA

Every Be Cre8v product carries our proprietary KnowledgeDNA framework — a curriculum methodology built from ten years of classroom observation. Rather than teaching subjects in isolation, KnowledgeDNA maps interconnected concepts behind every product. A kit about an airboat teaches buoyancy, aerodynamics, the history of Graham Bell, climate science, and the physics of air — woven together through stories and problem statements. Learning through connection, not compartments.

What we believe

Most schools still run on a pace that doesn't match how children actually learn — or the problems they'll face next. We think they're capable of far more than one-size-fits-all exams suggest. The rat race isn't physics; it's a design choice. We're designing for hands, invention, and judgement instead.

Frustration tolerance, motor skill, and real curiosity grow when children draw, break, tape, and argue over why something failed. When everything becomes consumption, something essential thins out — and no amount of content fixes that.

Authorship

From consumer to creator

Technology is everywhere; using it isn't the same as building with it. We want kids who reach for how to solve — not only what to search. Programme the robot, show the family: that “I made this” moment is the learning.

AI in the room

Teammate, not oracle

Prompting polished answers doesn't train judgement under uncertainty — or curiosity when the model is wrong. We want children who thought with their hands first, then learned to work alongside AI instead of being replaced by it.

Unstructured by design

No mugging, no theory-first, no single correct answer. STEAM breadth — robotics to film — plus makers and AI tools, because discovering what you're genuinely good at needs room to roam.

Proof

Policy when it funds real labs

NEP, NSQF, ATL, Orange Economy, AI and composite skill labs — we welcome them and do the paperwork. We've built this way since December 2014. Kits, software, curriculum, and facilitation as one practice — we were in the room when it worked, and when it didn't.

How we work

We design physical and digital together from the start — same conversation, same constraints. A kit isn't marketing for an app; Blox isn't an upsell for cardboard. If the wiring diagram and the block palette disagree, we fix it before a teacher has to improvise in front of thirty kids.

We align to NEP 2020 and NSQF where it genuinely helps schools purchase, justify, and run programmes — but we don't treat policy language as the headline on the consumer side of the house. Compliance should make life easier for principals, not louder for parents.

We run our own camps and pilots so product and curriculum earn their place before we scale them. Selling something we haven't sweated through ourselves isn't ambition — it's outsourcing reputation.

Core technology — Cre8v Blox, and what becomes c8v.ai — is built in-house. Licensing someone else's stack would be faster on a spreadsheet and slower when the network drops or the feature roadmap diverges from what Indian classrooms actually need.
